Who we are?
We are a London based shared accommodation agency. Our aim is to provide a quality and enjoyable experience for both landlords and sharers. We operate a 0% management fees to our landlords as well as an affordable, but stylish rooms across London to working professionals.
Our Story
The founders met during their final year of university, where the idea of opening a shared accommodation business came about. They started their journey in 2014 whilst both working full time in the property and hospitality industry. A few years later they got married and turned this flatshare idea into a family business. Since then the agency grew rapidly and it is continuing to expand.
What do we do?
Our business model is fairly simple and straight forward.
We lease a property on a long term agreement and then rent it out by rooms to working professionals.
During that time we offer a financial peace of mind and long term security to all our landlords and property investors. We manage the property at no cost, with no hidden obligations.
